Chelsea are set to join Inter in the chase for Torino defender Bremer during the summer transfer window.

This according to UK news outlet football.london, report that the 24-year-old is the Blues’ top target to replace Antonio Rudiger in defense with the German set to depart for Real Madrid.

Bremer is one of the Nerazzurri’s top targets for the summer transfer window, with the Brazilian having been clearly identified as the priority candidate to bolster the defense especially in the event that Stefan de Vrij is sold.

There is no shortage of competition for the 24-year-old’s signature, however, and Chelsea could be yet another side looking to beat Inter to him this summer.

Rudiger is all set to leave London and join Real Madrid when his contract expires at the end of June, and the current Champions League holders see Bremer as the ideal man to take his place for next season.
