Inter-linked Paris Saint-Germain midfielder is not thinking about a move away from the French capital in the summer, though he does have a dream destination for his future in the form of Real Madrid.

Speaking to Argentine broadcaster TyC Sports, the 27-year-old named the Spanish giants as the team who he would most like to join should he depart from the French champions.

Paredes has been reported to be one of Inter’s targets in midfield for the summer transfer window, with the Argentine seen as having the right profile to deputize for Marcelo Brozovic in the squad.

The former Empoli and Roma midfielder’s current contract runs out at the end of June 2023 and so the Parisians could well be motivated to sell him during the summer transfer window while they can still cash in.

For his part, the player is not pushing for a move, though he admitted that Real in particular would be a move that would tempt him.

“Every player dreams of wearing the Real shirt, they’re a great club,” he said. “I respect PSG though, and I’m very happy in Paris.”
