Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi feels that while Paulo Dybala is a top player, he is not for him to comment on as a Juventus player.

Speaking to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset ahead of tomorrow evening’s Coppa Italia final against the Bianconeri, Inzaghi stressed that the Argentine remains a Juventus player, at least until the end of the season.

Significant focus in the media has revolved around Dybala in the buildup to tomorrow’s match, with the 28-year-old playing one of his final matches for the Bianconeri as he is set to leave in the summer at the end of his contract.

For the moment, however, Dybala remains a Juventus player and will do everything that he can to win one more trophy with the Bianconeri.

“He’s a great player but he’s a Juventus player,” Inzaghi said of the Argentine. “Tomorrow he will be a special player because he has great quality.”

Looking ahead to the match, the coach said that “It’s certainly a very important match, it will be a match seen all over the world and we’re keen to play it at our best.”

“We know that we’re playing against a very strong team,” he added, “we must give 120% to bring the trophy home.”

Asked whether he feels that victory would strengthen the Inter project, he said “Without a doubt. We’ve reached May 10 with the possibility of playing for two more trophies, we have to play these ten days in the best way possible.”

“Tomorrow we have to have a match of running, aggression, and determination to bring home our second trophy.”

On the difference between coach Lazio and Inter, Inzaghi said that “We as coaches are always under pressure because we have to make a lot of decisions every day.”

“But tomorrow will be a great match in what has been my home for twenty years,” he added, “it will be exciting for me to play an important match in such a beautiful stadium.”

On his team selections to face the Bianconeri, the coach said that “As always, even more so in this match, I will calmly evaluate all my decisions.”

“We have everyone back except Vecino who picked up a problem yesterday and won’t be available,” he added. “The other players are all available, even Bastoni who’s had his first day training at full capacity and will be evaluated.”
