Ivan Perisic was Inter’s dominant player against Juventus but Edin Dzeko failed to make any impact at all, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport when handing out their player ratings from the Coppa Italia final, Ivan Perisic was the key man once again.

He was given a rating of nine out of 10 having scored the penalty in extra time to make it 3-2 to Inter and then scoring an excellent half-volley from the edge of the box to clinch the trophy for the Nerazzurri.

There was a very contrasting performance from Bosnian forward Edin Dzeko who received a rating of 5.5 out of 10. He was almost non-existent during the game and his failure to strike up a partnership with Lautaro Martinez was exhibited in the Stadio Olimpico.

Despite this, Inter managed to win the game 4-2 and clinch the Coppa Italia for the first time in 11 years.
