Inter winger Ivan Perisic does not see why he should settle for a contract that does not suit him after his excellent performances, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by FCInternews today, Ivan Perisic’s failed contract talks with the club are due to the Nerazzurri not offering him what he feels he deserves after a very successful season on the left wing.
Given he is 33-years-old, Inter have been hesitant to offer Ivan Perisic a long contract on the wages that he currently earns.
The Croatian has arguably been Inter’s best player this season though, so he feels the club should be prepared to offer him what he wants.
Contract have failed to take off properly throughout the second half of the season but it is known that he would like to stay at Inter and they want to keep him in the team.
