Former Torino and Bari defender Massimo Brambati has said that Ivan Perisic was very annoyed by Inter when he had his outburst at the end of the Coppa Italia final, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

Speaking during an interview with TMW Radio, via FCInter1908, Massimo Brambati explained the situation that Ivan Perisic has found himself in with Robin Gosens’ arrival and the salary that Inter are currently offering.

“I think the boy was very annoyed by the treatment he received and is looking around. I think there was also a lot of distance when the Nerazzurri went for Gosens in January. If a player makes a statement like that after a win like that, which was decided by him, there’s still a lot of distance.”

He also suggested that the Croatian has a right to ask for a salary that other top players at Inter earn given the season he has had on the left wing.

“Marotta is certainly very good and will try to bring the boy closer to the environment. In the end the Croatian is asking for the amount that Inter’s top players earn.”

Another topic that Massimo Brambati discussed was Inter’s chances of signing Juventus forward Paulo Dybala on a free transfer in the summer.

He says that he has already been told where the Argentine will go at the end of the season, providing the team in question qualifies for the Champions League.

“I was told by a person close to the environment that if Arsenal qualify for the Champions League the Argentine will go there.”
