Inter have put a €7 million price tag on Dalbert but Cagliari are not willing to pay such a high fee for the defender, according to a report in the Italian print media.

As has been reported by the Roman daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport, Inter want to get €7 million for Dalbert in the summer from Cagliari, the club where he has spent the season on loan.

The issue is that Dalbert has not shown enough quality on the pitch for the Rossoblu to accept paying that fee for him.

They are even less likely to pay what Inter want if they are relegated to Serie B in the final two games of this season which is a very real possibility.

That would leave Inter in the same situation as last summer where they have a host of players that they want to sell but cannot find clubs willing to pay the price tag set by the Nerazzurri.
