Simone Inzaghi is planning to make three changes to his Inter starting eleven on Sunday evening for the match against Cagliari, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, there will be some slight tweaks to the Inter team that was chosen to win the Coppa Italia on Wednesday evening against Juventus.

The most important difference is that Italian defender Alessandro Bastoni has returned to fitness in time to start the match against Cagliari. He has been missing from Inter’s last four matches.

Dutch wing back Denzel Dumfriesis expected to come back and start the game on the right in place of Matteo Darmian who is a more defensive option, hence being chosen for the game against Juventus.

Edin Dzeko is also expected to lose his place in the starting eleven as Joaquin Correa comes back in to partner Lautaro Martinez.
