Inter wingback Ivan Perisic put in yet another excellent display to help the team to a 3-1 win over Cagliari in Serie A yesterday, with the highlight being his pinpoint assist for Matteo Darmian’s opener.

The 33-year-old received good grades for his performance across the board in the player ratings for the match across Italian media, as highlighted by L’Inerista.

Inter have become used to reliable and effective displays by Perisic up and down the left flank this season, and so it proved once again as he did a good job on both sides of the ball to help the team see of Cagliari.

The Croat showed all of his class to produce a lofted cross to the head of Darmian which L’Interista describe as a “perfect assist” which helped settle the nerves by establishing a lead in the match.
