Ivan Perisic looks to be increasingly unlikely to agree a contract extension with Inter, and Juventus are monitoring the situation but are wary of meeting his wage demands.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the €6 million net per season asked for by the 33-year-old is an obstacle to the Bianconeri signing him.

Perisic looks to be set in his request of €6 million net per season as the decisive talks near with the Nerazzurri on a possible extension to his contract which expires at the end of next month.

However, the club are not likely to meet these demands, and so as things stand he looks to be moving closer to a departure during the summer transfer window.

The Bianconeri are serious about a move for the Croat, although they would also see his wage demands as overly high so could decide against offering him a deal.
