Sassuolo forward Giacomo Raspadori feels that he will be completely motivated to try and win against AC Milan on the final day of the Serie A season, and that his childhood support for Inter will not provide him with any extra impetus.

Speaking at the Un Anno di Generazione S event, as reported by FCInterNews, the 21-year-old gave the view that he does not need to have the motivation of potentially influencing the Serie A title race to be aiming to take three points from the clash with the Rossoneri.

Inter are hoping that Raspadori and his teammates can do them a massive favour, as the Neroverdi must beat the Rossoneri on the last day of the season for them to have any chance of winning the Serie A title.

Raspadori feels that he and his teammates will be fully up for the match, but does not expect that there will be any extra motivation at relishing the possibility of handing the Scudetto to Inter.

“I don’t think there is any need for it,” he said of extra motivation, “the motivation is always there, all the time. Not based on who I face. I know how to treat all matches as important.”
