Inter boss Simone Inzaghi may spring a surprise and go with Alexis Sanchez alongside Lautaro Martinez in attack for the match against Sampdoria this Sunday, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport today, Simone Inzaghi has a decision to make as to which striker partners Lautaro Martinez against Sampdoria on the final day of the season.
In recent weeks the two players that Simone Inzaghi had to make the decision between were always Edin Dzeko and Joaquin Correa. There is a chance he will opt for Alexis Sanchez though in what almost certainly be the Chilean’s final game for the club.
The former Arsenal and Manchester United forward will either leave for a new team in the summer or the Nerazzurri will terminate his contract a year early so as to not have his salary on the wage bill anymore.
