Over 70,000 spectators are expected to be in attendance for Inter’s Serie A clash with Sampdoria at the San Siro this evening.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the stadium will not be fully sold out as there are some tickets in the away section left to be sold, but that the home support will be at capacity.

Inter’s season is reaching a fevered conclusion, with the team potentially fighting for the Serie A title depending on what happens in city rivals AC Milan’s match away to Sassuolo which kicks off at the same time.

The fans will be in full voice to try and urge the team on in their final match of a long campaign, having also either sold out or at least sold out the home section in matches against Roma, AC Milan, and Empoli already in recent weeks.
