Roma’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Juventus’s Paulo Dybala are among Inter’s main targets for the summer transfer window as they look to take advantage of free transfer opportunities.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri will ramp up their pursuit of both players as they firm up their plan for the squad next season.
Inter’s financial restrictions in the summer transfer window are well-known, although the club are aiming to avoid the same kind of tumultuous window as they experienced last summer.
One of the key parts of their strategy is to look for any opportunities that arise to sign players who are at the end of their contracts, to add quality and experience without having to outlay a transfer fee.
Dybala has been linked as a major target for the Nerazzurri for some time given that he is available from Juventus at the end of his deal, whilst Mkhitaryan also looks as though he could leave Roma, and Inter are ready to swoop.
