Paulo Dybala’s desire is to join Inter rather than Roma during the summer transfer window, but so far the Giallorossi are the only club to have made him a formal offer.

This according to Agrentine journalist Cesar Luis Merlo, who spoke to the Twitch channel of Italian news outlet Calciomercato.it, via FCInterNews, and reported that the Nerazzurri have yet to put forward a concrete offer but that Roma have.

Inter are one of the foremost clubs linked with Dybala’s signature, but far from the only one, and the Giallorossi look to be the most interested team as far as their Serie A rivals.

So far, according to Merlo, the capital club have made their move while the Nerazzurri have not yet come forward with a formal offer, although they could still have the advantage given that the player’s desire is to make the move to Inter rather than the capital.

“He would prefer to go to Inter rather than to Rome, but the only formal offer that has arrived so far is that of the Giallorossi,” he explained. “As far as the Nerazzurri’s offer, it’s only a matter of time.”
