Ivan Perisic will give his response to Inter’s final contract extension offer at some point by the end of this Friday.
This according to Italian news outlet Sky Sport Italia, who report that there will not be any more meetings to discuss the contract negotiations, and that the 33-year-old’s response will determine whether he stays or leaves past the summer.
The Nerazzurri have raised their offer to €5 million net per season plus add-ons in the offer made in the most recent meeting with Perisic’s representatives on Monday.
This takes them close to the €6 million net requested by the player, and they will not increase the offer any further and expect the player to give his response in the coming days.
The player also has offers from the Premier League and La Liga, and the coming days will be decisive in determining whether he decides to renew with Inter or accept an offer from elsewhere.
