Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku could join Juventus or AC Milan this summer instead of Inter, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, it is not impossible to imagine the Belgian forward ending up at one of Inter’s biggest rivals this summer.

It is clear that he would like to leave Chelsea and rejoin Inter after just one year away from the Nerazzurri. Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel will not stand in the way of the move.

For him to join Inter though, it would take a very complicated financial operation that would involve a loan and a substantial cut in the €12 million salary that he earns in the Premier League.

Given the departure of Paulo Dybala this summer, possibly to Inter, Juventus could be in the frame for Romelu Lukaku. AC Milan may also make a move after it was confirmed that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will miss the first half of next season.
