Inter have lined up Genoa’s Andrea Cambiaso and Udinese’s Destiny Udogie as targets at left wingback with Ivan Perisic set to depart on a free transfer to Tottenham Hotspur.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the Nerazzurri will look to sign one of the young Italian duo to replace the 33-year-old and back up Robin Gosens next season.

Perisic has decided to reject Inter’s final contract extension offer and agree a two-year deal with Spurs in the Premier League, and the club will look to sign a younger profile to replace him.

The feeling within the club is that the replacement for Perisic has already been secured in the form of Gosens, who signed from Atalanta during the January transfer window and will inherit the starting spot.

However, depth will still be sought in the position, and Cambiaso and Udogie are the two main names on the Nerazzurri’s list in this respect.
