Inter have decided on Alessandro Bastoni as the big name sale at the club this summer unless a huge offer is to come in for Lautaro Martinez.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri have resolved not to sacrifice Martinez unless an offer arrives which they feel cannot be passed up.

It looks clear that a major sale will take place at Inter this summer, though only one rather than two like last time around, but the identity of the player to be cashed in on remains to be seen.

Martinez had looked like a strong candidate, but in recent weeks the club’s strategy has shifted to keeping the 24-year-old at all costs, and it would take a blockbuster offer to test their resolve.

Meanwhile, Bastoni looks to be the player who the Nerazzurri would be more open to listening to offers for during the transfer window.
