Inter wingback Ivan Perisic is set to undergo his medical today ahead of a move to Tottenham Hotspur on a free transfer.
This according to UK news outlet Evening Standard, who report that the 33-year-old will sign his two-year deal with the Premier League side as soon as the medical is completed.
Perisic’s move to Spurs now looks to be all but complete, with the team’s coach Antonio Conte having gone some way towards convincing him to make the switch to the Premier League rather than accepting the Nerazzurri’s contract extension offer.
The Croat is in London today with his medical scheduled for later in the day, and he should sign his contract with Tottenham imminently.
Perisic joined the Nerazzurri from Wolfsburg in the summer of 2015, making 254 appearances and scoring 55 goals in all competitions for the club, but his adventure in Milan appears to be coming to an end this summer.
