Inter are set to meet with Empoli in the coming days about a transfer of midfielder Kristjan Asllani in the coming days, and could offer Sebastian Esposito or Andrei Radu as part of a deal.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri are ready to include one of the two players in a deal to try and convince the Tuscans.

Inter already have a verbal agreement from Asllani and his representatives, with the 20-year-old intrigued by the idea of joining a top club in the league ahead of next season, but his club remain to be convinced.

The inclusion of a player going the other way in a deal looks to be a key aspect of the Nerazzurri’s strategy, however, with striker Esposito and goalkeeper Radu possibilities.

Esposito returns from a loan with Basel last season, whilst Radu’s departure looks to be all but inevitable this summer.
