Henrikh Mkhitaryan should soon undergo his medical ahead of signing a two-year contract with Inter on a free transfer.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 33-year-old will earn a net of €3.3 million per season at the Nerazzurri, reaching over €4 million including add-ons.

Everything is set for Mkhitaryan to join Inter after the midfielder made his final decision, and he has already spoken to coach Simone Inzaghi ahead of making the switch.

The medical exams are scheduled for the coming days so that everything can be confirmed and the Armenian can sign his two-year deal.

The Nerazzurri will spend about €4.5 million gross per season to sign the 33-year-old, while he will earn €3.3 million net per season on his deal, which can reach over €4 million if add-ons contained in the deal are triggered, which are understood to be fairly straightforward to reach.
