Inter have made Cagliari wingback Raoul Bellanova their top target to replace Ivan Perisic for next season.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the 22-year-old would be the Nerazzurri’s first choice to strengthen in wide areas and that the Rossoblu want €10-12 million for his signature.

Bellanova plays on the right rather than the left like Perisic and so he would not be signed as a direct like-for-like replacement for the Croat following a switch to Tottenham Hotspur on a free transfer.

However, if Bellanova were to be signed he would back up Denzel Dumfries on the right whilst Matteo Darmian would be shifted over to the left where he would back up Robin Gosens who is set to take Perisic’s place as the starter on the left in any case.

The Nerazzurri are hoping to sign Bellanova for around €7 million, while Cagliari have set the asking price for the 22-year-old at around €10-12 million.
