Inter have made an offer of €7 million to sign wingback Raoul Bellanova from Cagliari, but the Rossoblu have set their asking price for the 22-year-old at €12 million.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri have made their initial approach to sign Bellanova, who they have identified as their priority replacement for Ivan Perisic.

Bellanova could prove to be hard for Cagliari to keep hold of this summer, with the Sardinians having suffered relegation to Serie B on the final day of the season just gone and the young wingback a prospect with a number of suitors among big Italian clubs.

The Nerazzurri see him as an ideal player to strengthen in the wide areas, as they would like to move Matteo Darmian over to the left to back up Robin Gosens for the upcoming season and then have Bellanova and Denzel Dumfries as options on the right.
