Paulo Dybala is inching towards a deal to join Inter on a free transfer this summer, and his signature appears to be only a matter of time.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are confident as ever on completing a deal for the 28-year-old and will do so once the ground is prepared.

One important condition for the Nerazzurri to sign Dybala would be to wrap up the departure of Alexis Sanchez, with the club working on finding the right incentive for the 33-year-old to terminate his Inter contract and take with him his high wages.

Once Sanchez is out the door, a major obstacle will be removed to officially signing Dybala, as there will be space on the wage bill for the Argentine.

The Nerazzurri have not looked to deny or hide their interest in signing Dybala, and according to the Corriere this is because they firmly believe that they can get pen put to paper on the deal in due course.
