Fiorentina have made Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti a target for the summer transfer window.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that Viola coach Vincenzo Italiano is an admirer of the 23-year-old and that they would look to get a deal done for around €16-17 million.

Pinamonti enjoyed a successful loan spell with Empoli during the season just gone, showing his worth at the top flight level after having been on the margins of the Nerazzurri’s squad during the previous season spent with the first time.

Italiano is looking to add a young Italian centre-forward with a fairly complete technical profile and room to improve to his squad for the upcoming season, and Pinamonti has impressed him with his displays for Tuscan rivals Empoli.

It remains to be seen if the Nerazzurri would be convinced by an offer from La Viola, however, as they will be aiming to cash in on Pinamonti for as much as they possibly can if they are to sell him this summer.
