Inter are still hoping to avoid a sale of Alessandro Bastoni this summer, and could do so by instead cashing in on several other players within the squad whose value is lower than that of the 23-year-old.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that Stefan de Vrij, Denzel Dumfries, Andrea Pinamonti, and Stefano Sensi are all players who the Nerazzurri could offload in addition to some fringe players.

If an offer of more than €60 million were to come in for Bastoni’s signature, Inter could find it hard to turn down given the target of finishing the transfer window on a €60 million net profit while still strengthening the squad with signings.

However, the club are starting to focus on the value that can be found in other players within the squad rather than Bastoni or any of their other biggest names.

Dumfries is valued at around €35 million, whilst de Vrij would be expected to bring in €15-20 million if sold, and the asking prices for Pinamonti and Sensi would be €20-25 million and €15 million respectively.

The Nerazzurri are hopeful that if they can complete all of these sales in addition to bringing in fees for fringe players like Valentino Lazaro, Dalbert, and Andrei Radu they could manage to avoid the sacrifice of Bastoni.
