Inter are looking to make significant progress in the signing of Paulo Dybala when they meet with his agent today.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri will get the response from his agent Jorge Antun to their contract offer and would be ready to get a deal done even before Arturo Vidal and Alexis Sanchez depart.

So far, the main obstacle to signing Dybala has that the Nerazzurri have not gotten the departures of Vidal and Sanchez out of the way, meaning that the space has not been cleared from their wage bill.

The two Chileans are in talks with Flamengo and Sevilla respectively, and the nature of their respective exits will determine how much the Nerazzurri must pay in severance to terminate their contracts.

However, owners Suning have given authorization to go ahead with closing talks with Dybala’s representatives, as it is clear that one way or another the Nerazzurri will offload both Vidal and Sanchez during the summer transfer window.

Accordingly, the Nerazzurri will look to speed up the process of signing Dybala when they meet with Antun today, where they will receive a response to their offer of a four-year contract worth €6 million net plus add-ons.
