Inter Could Make €25M Capital Gain With Sale Of Denzel Dumfries, Italian Media Detail

Inter could bring in a big capital gain from the sale of Denzel Dumfries should they decide to cash in on the 26-year-old, with at least €25 million on the table as a capital gain.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are already valuing the Dutchman at no less than €40 million.

Dumfries arrived at Inter last summer from PSV for €12 million rising to €15 million including add-ons, with the player having been seen as the direct replacement for Achraf Hakimi following the Moroccan’s big money sale to Paris Saint-Germain.

One season later, the Dutchman’s value has already risen significantly based on his form in Milan, and he has also attracted significant transfer interest from Europe’s elite.

The Nerazzurri would slap an asking price of at least €40 million in the face of any offers for Dumfries, and they would stand to make a significant capital gain after just a year in the event that he were to be sold.
