Atletico Madrid are making one last push to try and beat Inter to the signing of Paulo Dybala, but they do not appear to be making a significant effort.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Corriere della Sera, who report that the Colchoneros do not appear poised to convince the Argentine to reconsider his decision to join the Nerazzurri.

Dybala’s signing for Inter looks closer than ever after a meeting between his agent and the Nerazzurri earlier this week, although Atletico remain interested and met with his representatives yesterday.

The La Liga giants made clear that they are still keen, but they are not ready to massively improve their offer or go all-out to persuade the 28-year-old to reject Inter and make the switch to Spain instead.

Accordingly, things look all clear for the Nerazzurri to get a deal done for Dybala soon, with their last remaining major rivals for his signatures not pushing very hard.
