Inter lead the race for Torino defender Bremer ahead of a host of clubs including AC Milan, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, and Bayern Munich.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper La Stampa, who report that the Nerazzurri are best-placed to sign the 25-year-old, but also that there is no shortage of interest and that the Granata are hoping that a bidding war emerges.

Inter have long been pursuing Bremer, but they have yet to be able to get a deal wrapped up, leaving hope for a number of Europe’s top clubs that they could land the Brazilian this summer.

The Nerazzurri are still in the lead to sign the defender, but they will want to move quickly as there is competition from city rivals the Rossoneri as well as teams in the Premier League, while Bayern Munich have also joined the chase for the player named the best defender in Serie A last season.
