Legendary former Inter defender Andreas Brehme still feels a special fondness for his time with the Nerazzurri, with the German having enjoyed some of his absolute peak years playing for the Nerazzurri.

Brehme won a Scudetto and a UEFA Cup as one of Inter’s key players at a time when Serie A was Europe’s most competitive and high-calibre league.

Brehme shared a classic snapshot from his Nerazzurri days on his Instagram account, captioning it “Today I’m black and blue.”
