Inter have agreed a deal with Empoli to sign midfielder Kristjan Asllani, but still have to work out the structure of the deal before it can be finalized.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the two clubs are in agreement on a valuation of around €10 million for the deal but have yet to iron out how it will be structured and whether Sebastiano Esposito or Martin Satriano will join Empoli on loan.

Inter are pushing hard to get a deal done for Asllani soon, and they could complete the signing as early as this week with more talks scheduled to get a total agreement in place.

The 20-year-old is a priority target for the Nerazzurri as a backup for Marcelo Brozovic next season, and they are ready to agree a deal with Empoli for his signature.

The precise structure of the deal in terms of payment is yet to be worked out, and either Esposito or Satriano could be loaned out as part of the deal to convince the Tuscans, but once this is agreed then the deal should be done.
