Inter are getting closer and closer to completing a deal to sign Empoli midfielder Kristjan Asllani with his club ready to accept their offer including players on loan as well as cash.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that Empoli are ready to accept the loans of Martin Satriano and possibly Lucien Agoume plus cash for Asllani, and that things could get over the line this week.

Inter have been searching for the right formula to meet Empoli’s valuation of Asllani, with their aim being to persuade the Tuscans by including players going the other way as part of a deal for the 20-year-old.

Recently, the Nerazzurri have put forward young striker Martin Satriano on loan as part of an offer, whilst midfielder Lucien Agoume could be a like-for-like replacement for Asllani at Empoli.

The Tuscans would be keen on such an exchange, and talks this week should see the clubs get very close to agreeing a deal.
