Inter will need to bring cash in through player sales before they can get a deal over the line for Torino defender Bremer.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri cannot meet the Granata’s valuation for the defender without first bringing in some much-needed cash.

Bremer is one of Inter’s absolute priority targets for the summer transfer window, and their pursuit of the Brazilian could prove to be even more important in the event that Milan Skriniar is sold amid strong links to Paris Saint-Germain.

The 25-year-old is set to be the Nerazzurri’s key signing in their backline, possibly along with Nikola Milenkovic from Fiorentina, to ensure that the quality does not drop next season.

Inter have been active in their pursuit of the Brazilian for some months, but in order to complete a deal with Fiorentina they will have to wait until they’ve made some sales.
