Inter are optimistic that a deal can be done for Cagliari wingback Raoul Bellanova following a meeting with the Rossoblu earlier this afternoon, though they are keeping other options open.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports on his homepage that the Nerazzurri are planning to meet with the agents of Udinese wingback Destinty Udogie and Genoa wingback Adnrea Cambiaso as well.

Talks between Nerazzurri Sporting Director Piero Ausilio and Assistant Sporting Director Dario Baccin, and their Cagliari counterpart Stefano Capozucca, were positive, and the feeling is that closing on a deal should not be too difficult.

However, the parties have yet to reach a full agreement, and more work will need to be done to get a deal wrapped up for the 22-year-old, who has been identified as the priority signing to strengthen in wide areas following Ivan Perisic’s departure.

Accordingly, Inter are also keeping the options of signing either Udogie or Ausilio open, and will meet with their representatives soon as well.
