Inter are hoping that Reggina will decide to sell striker Rigoberto Rivas this summer so that they would be able to bring in a 20% sell-on fee from any transfer fee for the 23-year-old.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri would be entitled to 20% of any fee that the Serie B club receive for Rivas, who is a target for clubs in Serie A as well as the Chinese Super League.

Rivas was sold to Reggina on a permanent basis last summer after they had had the Honduran striker in their squad for the two seasons prior to that, and as part of a clause in his deal the Nerazzurri inserted a sell-on clause worth 20% of any transfer fee.

The likes of Udinese and Genoa had already made offers for Rivas during the January transfer window, as had clubs from China, and he could still be the subject of transfer interest again this summer.
