Inter will make Empoli a cash offer of €10 million plus the loan of young striker Martin Satriano for midfielder Kristjan Asllani in talks tomorrow.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportItalia’s transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla, who reports on his homepage that the Nerazzurri will complete a deal if this offer is accepted, and that if it is not the two clubs will find another way to get the deal done.

Inter have been pushing for the signature of Asllani in recent weeks, and look to have arrived at the right structure of a deal to convince the Tuscans on a sale of the Albanian.

The Nerazzurri have been considering sending a player on loan as part of a deal for Asllani, and Satriano is the player they have settled on to offer on loan in tomorrow’s meeting with Empoli who will accept.

Should Satriano accept the move, then there should be nothing left for the clubs to discuss before agreeing a deal, and if not they will look for another way to come to an agreement.
