Udinese wingback Destiny Udogie is Inter’s preferred signing in the wide areas, but the €20 million asking price of his club for him would be too high.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri are put off of signing the 19-year-old due to the price tag and are likelier to sign Cagliari’s Raoul Bellanova or Genoa’s Andrea Cambiaso.

Inter will certainly sign at least one player for the wingback positions following the departure of Ivan Perisic who joined Tottenham Hotspur on a free transfer.

Udogie would be a player who they’re very keen on for the profile, and he represents a young Italian talent with room for improvement to be built around.

However, Udinese have made it clear that the 19-year-old, who is also a target for the likes of Tottenham and Juventus, would cost no less than €20 million for a deal to be done this summer.
