Inter are set to go head-to-head with Juventus for the signature of Udinese wingback Destiny Udogie during the summer transfer window.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the Nerazzurri have a serious interest in signing the 19-year-old but that the Bianconeri are also very keen on signing him.

Udogie has emerged as a transfer target for Inter given the need to reinforce in the wide areas following the departure of Ivan Perisic, who could be followed out the exit door by Denzel Dumfries.

Udinese would not let the young wingback go for cheap, but the Nerazzurri have already met with his agent, and could be ready to step up their interest.

However, Juventus are also major admirers of Udinese, and will rival Inter for his signature, and it could come down to a transfer battle between the two to determine his eventual destination in the event that he remains within Serie A next season.
