Marseille coach Jorge Sampaoli wants to sign Inter forward Alexis Sanchez for his Marseille team this summer, according to a report in the Argentinian broadcast media.

As has been reported by TNT Sports in Argentina, via FCInternews, Alexis Sanchez has a few possible suitors this summer and one of them seems to be Marseille.

It could be an attractive proposition for the former Manchester United forward as he would be linking up with ex-Chile national team coach Jorge Sampaoli.

Also, they finished second in Ligue 1 last season which means that they are into the group stages of the Champions League. Alexis Sanchez has previously said he wants to do two more years in Europe at a high level.

Inter will be very happy to sell Alexis Sanchez with one year left on his contract because if they cannot find a buyer they will have to give him severance pay to break the contract.
