Inter could end Friday with an agreement in place for Romelu Lukaku to join the club on loan for the 2022/23 season, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, it is unlikely that the deal will be 100% complete on Friday but an agreement could be found between the two clubs as they continue to hold talks just like the day before.
Inter are expecting the Blues to once again ask for a loan fee of €15 million as well as some bonuses linked to results and appearances.
Inter will counter that because they are not prepared to go above €10 million and some bonuses as that is the upper limit of their financial constraints for this particular deal.
It is not clear whether Chelsea would accept that but there is a will from the player and the Chelsea manager and board to get the deal over the line very soon.
