Inter President Steven Zhang has yet to give his final approval on a loan deal for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the Nerazzurri President would still like to see the loan fee on the deal go a little lower than €10 million.

Inter are very close to an agreement with Chelsea on a loan deal for Lukaku, but have yet to make the final agreement on a fee, with the Nerazzurri having come up from their initial offer but not yet meeting Chelsea’s demands.

The President is very keen on the sale, but also mindful of the club’s financial situation, and will see if a slightly lower fee can be negotiated in today’s round of talks with the Premier League team.

Zhang has given his approval on the move and wants it to go through, but would like to see a bit more negotiating on the loan fee before making it official, according to Sky.
