Inter President Steven Zhang does not want a loan of Romelu Lukaku back to the Nerazzurri to cost more than €8 million in terms of a loan fee.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Libero, who report that the Nerazzurri President wants to restrict spending, and is aiming to offer no more than that amount as Chelsea ask for €10 million.

Inter look to be very close to bringing Lukaku back on loan, but they have yet to find a complete agreement with Chelsea regarding a loan fee for the Belgian.

The Nerazzurri are willing to come up from their initial offer of €5 million as a loan fee, but the Blues have still been asking for a loan fee of €10 million.

Zhang does not want to offer more than €8 million, and it will remain to be seen if this will be enough to convince Chelsea or if the Premier League side force Inter to make a decision.
