Inter will play their first three friendly matches of the summer preseason against the likes of Lugano, Basel, and Lens.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the matches will be scheduled starting on June 12 as the team start to get back to match fitness for the upcoming season.

Inter’s squad will reconvene to begin preseason training early next month, with the summer break a little shorter than usual due to the early start of the Serie A season to accommodate the winter World Cup starting in November.

After the squad begin their preparations on the training ground, the Nerazzurri will soon be back in action for their preseason friendlies.

The traditional opening friendly match against Lugano will take place on June 12, whilst Inter will then face Basel in Monaco on June 16, and then on June 23 they will face Ligue 1 side Lens in France.
