Inter goalkeeper Andrei Radu is all set to join newly-promoted Serie A side Cremonese on loan following extending his contract with the Nerazzurri.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that everything is in place for the loan move to take place and that the player is prepared to give his agreement.

Radu is not in the plans at Inter for next season, but there has been no shortage of interest in his signature on loan, both from clubs in Italy and abroad, and it looks to be Cremonese who have convinced him with the prospect of a regular starting spot.

Talks have been underway over the past few days between Inter and the Romanian’s agent Oscar Damiani to get a loan deal agreed, and all that’s needed is for the player to make his decision.

Radu will extend his current deal with the Nerazzurri, which runs until the end of June 2024, and then sign for Cremonese on a one-year loan deal.
