Inter are still favourites to land Paulo Dybala this summer but AC Milan have made contact with the Argentine’s entourage, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Corriere della Sera, the Nerazzurri are still the priority for Paulo Dybala and they are much further along in the discussions.

Nonetheless, they have not yet sealed the deal and it has been frozen whilst Inter finalise the loan deal for Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea. That deal has been seen as more important as they want to take advantage of the growth decree.

AC Milan have a plan to divert the money they would have spent on Sven Botman from Lille who is now being pursued by Newcastle United, into a contract for Paulo Dybala. This is because their main strikers, Olivier Giroud and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, are coming to the end of their careers.

The contact with the entourage was informal but it shows an increase in their interest.
