Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini has given the green light for his side to try and sign Andrea Pinamonti from Inter this summer, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by FCInternews, the former Inter boss has been a great admirer of the young striker for a long time and he would like La Dea to sign him as soon as possible.

It is not expected that there would be any difficulties in finding an agreement between Andrea Pinamonti and the Bergamaschi, but the two clubs do need to find a common ground when it comes to the transfer fee.

Inter have said that they will not accept any less than €18 million for the striker but that is a figure that Atalanta do not want to say yes to straight away.

They are likely to make lower offers and see if Inter decide to get the deal done quickly.
