Inter defender Milan Skriniar has agreed to accept a contract offer from Paris Saint Germain and must now wait for the clubs to strike an agreement, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, the Slovakian defender has not expressed any interest previously in leaving Inter but he has finally said yes to PSG’s project and the huge wage they are willing to offer him.

Milan Skriniar reportedly had a phone call with former Inter winger Achraf Hakimi who joined PSG last summer and that has helped to convince the defender to endorse the transfer.

PSG are able to pay Milan Skriniar €7.7 million net per season but that wasn’t enough to say yes, he also wanted to here how the club will function tactically, something Achraf Hakimi has spoken to him about.

Inter still want a fee of €80 million for Milan Skriniar.
