Fiorentina have all but lost interest in signing Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti this summer, while Atalanta have become very keen on his signature.
This according to Italian news outlet La Repubblica, who report that La Dea are stepping up their pursuit of the 23-year-old but that they will have to convince Inter on a deal for him.
Fiorentina had been among the teams serious about trying to sign Pinamonti this summer, but now that the Tuscans are close to wrapping up the signing of Luka Jovic on loan from Real Madrid for next season their interest in him has cooled.
Meanwhile, Atalanta are increasingly considering the 23-year-old as a target and have taken initial steps, although they are still far from reaching an agreement with the Nerazzurri.
Meanwhile, La Dea have yet to agree on personal terms with Pinamonti, and would be reluctant to go above the €2 million net that he earns at Inter in their wage offer.
